Requirements

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student studying Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
Ability to report in-person to the Wendell, NC office in a full-time capacity without housing or travel/relocation compensation assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in any of the following programs: Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SnowFlake, or Power Automate
Ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly
Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with MS office products with proficiency in MS works, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Assist in the transition/migration from Qlik Enterprise to Qlik Cloud/SaaS
Research and understand the service providers, cost components, & services provided/offered across the business
Analyze the impacts of major IT architecture changes across the business
Develop holistic data inventory of data assets
Facilitate IT communications with stakeholders
Create Power BI dashboards to enable analysis and digestible content across various initiatives
Research process optimization and proactively provide insight for IT initiatives
Maintain a document management system using Microsoft Sharepoint Technology
Advance an in-progress knowledge base initiative using Generative AI and Chatbot based on ChatGPT
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from project team meetings
