The candidate must be a junior in college, have a BS/BA in a relevant field, be a self-starter, have strong organizational skills, excel in teamwork, possess attention to detail, demonstrate leadership experience, be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, have good written and verbal communication skills, hold a valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance, and be at least 21 years old.

The Summer Internship in Human Resources at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Miramar, FL involves assisting with employee orientation, benefits, training, and other HR tasks, as well as supporting the team with projects aligned with the student's learning goals.
