Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating detailed 3D models and visualizations for a variety of AEC projects, including architecture, infrastructure, and urban planning.
  • Support the development of photorealistic renderings and animations to aid project presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, & After Effects) to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Learn and apply new techniques and software advancements in 3D visualization.
  • Manage assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization technology and software.
  • Follow direction from senior visualization artists, and effectively communicate when issues arise.
  • Ensure quality and consistency meet project standards and specifications.
  • Maintain organized files, documentation, and version control for 3D assets and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to deliver comprehensive project debriefings.
