Responsibilities

  • The position will require to operate at 360° on several different streams supporting the senior client services officers within the team:
  • Provide 1st level of support to our client base, mainly Pension Funds, Insurance, Social Agency and Banking Foundation
  • Production of Client reporting in coordination with the central team
  • Support the team of fulfilling the collection of the AML/KYC documentation accordingly to group guideline
  • Provide day to day support to the Sales Force
  • Assistance to the senior Client Service officers on managing client On-Boarding for segregated mandates / Pool Fund investments when required
  • Liaison with the Transfer Agent concerning the day-to-day activities
  • Assistance to the senior officers for any extraordinary project
  • Maintenance of the internal Data Bases including CRM system
