The program lasts between 12 to 24 months.

You will gain insights into various relevant HR areas, including the roles of HR Business Partner and strategic HR projects in talent acquisition, development, and organizational development.

Yes, you will have the chance to participate in a placement abroad.
How many stations can I choose during the program?
You can design your program with up to 6 stations in different HR and business units.
What kind of training will be provided?
You will supplement your practical experience with a variety of face-to-face and online training courses, supported by an individual training budget.
Will I have a mentor during the program?
Yes, you will benefit from the network and experience of your personal mentor at top management level.
What qualifications do I need to apply?
You need to have completed a Master's degree in business administration, business psychology, or social sciences with above-average grades. An MBA, PhD, or initial professional experience in strategy consulting is also advantageous.
How much professional experience do I need to have?
You should have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as startups, strategy consulting, or HR consulting.
What languages do I need to speak?
You should be proficient in both English and German.
What does the application process involve?
The application process includes a Recorded Video Interview, an Assessment Center, and a Final Interview.
