Responsibilities

  • Your Role And Responsibilities Will Include
  • Project Support: assist PMOs across workstreams, maintain project plans and schedules, track milestones and dependencies.
  • Governance Administration: help prepare RAID logs, governance packs, meeting materials and minutes; supports issue and risk tracking.
  • Reporting & Analytics: contribute to regular status updates, dashboards, and management information for governance forums.
  • Stakeholder coordination: schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings with our internal business & support functions and external partners.
  • Change Management: support communications, training materials and change initiatives to enable adoption.
  • Financial basics: assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning under supervision.
  • Learning & rotation: participate in the I2020 program with planned rotations through PMO activities (planning, risk, governance and reporting) and apply learning to live projects.
