Requirements

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Design, or a related field.
  • Proven record of completing internships in the Automotive industry
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Blender, Alias, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
  • Strong sketching and conceptualization skills.
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the Automotive
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills in English
  • A genuine passion for automotive design and a drive for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding Kia’s Brand DNA and Design Vision
  • Creating innovative design proposals for production and concept cars.
  • Supporting projects through all stages, from the first sketch to 3D data and full-size models.
  • Generating new product development solutions as part of the team.
  • Handling design projects and presentations in cooperation with our design management team.
  • Closely collaborating with all related functions within the Design and RD departments.
