 Starting between January to April 2025, you will have a chance to work for Kia Europe Design Studio for the next 2 years. You will collaborate with senior designers and engineers to transform concepts into captivating products. As a Junior Designer, you'll bring a fresh perspective to the future of Kia’s Interior design direction. Depending on your performance during the program, there's a possibility of being taken on by one of our studios at the end of the program, paving the way for a lasting career with us.

 <li>Creating innovative design proposals for production and concept cars.</li>
 <li>Supporting projects through all stages, from the first sketch to 3D data and full-size models.</li>
 <li>Generating new product development solutions as part of the team.</li>
 <li>Handling design projects and presentations in cooperation with our design management team.</li>
 <li>Closely collaborating with all related functions within the Design and RD departments.</li>

 Requirements:
 <ul>
 <li>A recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Design, or a related field.</li>
 <li>Proven record of completing internships in the Automotive industry</li>
 <li>Proficiency in design software (e.g., Blender, Alias, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).</li>
 <li>Strong sketching and conceptualization skills.</li>
 <li>Ability to manage time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the Automotive</li>
 <li>Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization</li>
 <li>Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills in English</li>
 <li>A genuine passion for automotive design and a drive for innovation.</li>
