  • The KNG Customer-Oriented Large-Scale Test Intern will provide transparency and notification of series quality issues on KNG (Customer-Oriented Large-Scale Test). Work cross-functionally with the department analysis group to determine the root cause of quality issue. They will report quality issues reported by KNG drives to support EG-7 with problem resolution (EG-7 Identification of functional and concept complaints as an early warning system before market launch).

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office acquired through classroom or
  • work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency is communications with customers and associates.
  • Preferred knowledge of BMW Systems (e.g., SAP, PQM, and Vehicle Admin).
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for co-op positions.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
