Responsibilities

  • KVS interns will devise and implement a consistent testing framework using multiple languages (Python, Golang, C++).
  • The target of testing high availability, low latency key value store used for state storage in a large distributed system.
  • The framework will be integrated into and used by the KVS teams CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions); this pipeline is the gate for automated production deployment.
  • KVS interns will participate as regular KVS team members tasked with the specific testing framework project.
  • This is to include interacting with all KVS team members through daily stand-ups and weekly project planning.
  • Project design will be performed by interns with mentorship and review from the entire KVS team.
