Responsibilities

  • Have the opportunity to manage the workload in your work area and perform daily testing required by the refinery, while working in a supportive environment.
  • Be provided with on job training by an experienced employee; this will include test methods, and coaching on daily tasks to ensure your area is operating efficiently.
  • Manage workload and conduct laboratory testing per testing protocols and test methods.
  • Enter data into lab information system to document results, and communicate those results if necessary.
  • Gain hands on experience in an oil and gas lab, within an established Quality Control System.
  • Participate in company networking opportunities including the Networking Advisory Program (NAP), which hosts regular informal networking events between early career hires and more experienced employees, and the Women’s Interest Network (WIN), fostering professional growth, personal development and supporting advancement of women at all levels of the company, from trades to senior management.
