  • - Qualified candidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2025) and on track to graduate in May 2026

Responsibilities

  • Gain understanding of the product development process from working with internal cross-function teams (R&D, Product Marketing, Global Supply Chain, etc.) and third part manufacturers
  • Learn how to visually present product concepts
  • Learn how to valuate textures and how to communicate product aesthetic
  • Track and evaluate all new competitive skincare products
  • Track key trends and participate in brainstorming concepts around new techniques
  • Create trend report for seasonable skincare trends to incorporate into future formulas/programs
  • Assist in preparing competitive formula evaluation charts to help showcase white space opportunities for the brand
  • Assist with preparing samples for evaluations and for creative requests
