  • You will conduct detailed Value Stream Analysis with both operational and functional teams to improve the flow of the product through the factory
  • You will facilitate continuous improvement activities such as Kaizens to identify and remove waste from our industrial system
  • You will coach both operational and functional leaders to drive standards into the way we work
