Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a demonstrated interest in law.
  • Strong academic record Excellent research, analytical, and writing skillsDemonstrated interest in technology, cybersecurity, and emerging trends in the tech industry
  • Located in Austin, Texas for the duration of the summer term (June 3rd - August 2nd)
  • On-site attendance once a week

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Legal & Compliance team in conducting research on legal and compliance matters
  • Review and capture data from our agreements
  • Assist with developing contract templates and playbooks
  • Assist with developing and reviewing compliance policies, privacy notices, and other legal and compliance documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SpyCloud Labs, Product, and SecOps on various legal matter
