Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting and analysis of various contract types
  • Support development, implementation and tracking of ethical compliance programs
  • Research legal issues to guide internal clients on legal and business risk associated with, for example, data privacy, dealer and vendor agreements, technical compliance, employment/labor considerations, and merger and acquisitions
  • Assist with improving legal processes
  • Support creation and delivery of training programs
  • Attend internal client meetings and external client negotiations, as necessary and requested
