Requirements

  • We generally recruit two years in advance for trainee solicitors however we’re flexible and allow applications from penultimate year (and onwards) law students and final year (and onwards) non-law students.
  • You need to demonstrate a keen interest in business law.
  • You'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject.
  • We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll rotate across two different practice groups, carry out research, draft legal documents and attend client meetings.
  • Our two-week paid Summer Vacation Scheme is a great way to find out how we work and see for yourself the ways in which we’re truly unique in the legal marketplace, gaining valuable legal work experience during your time with us.
  • You’ll get a highly-competitive wage while you’re here.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to join client meetings and calls, conduct research, practise legal drafting, join our seminar and training programme and work directly alongside our lawyers.
  • The scheme is our principal route towards securing a training contract with us.
