Requirements

First and foremost, we are looking for people in their penultimate year at university with an inquisitive mind and a desire to learn. We’re not expecting prior industry experience, but we’ll want to see that you have the tools to develop quickly. These include:
On track for a 2.1 Degree in any subject – we are open to all subject backgrounds
In your penultimate of University (i.e. graduating in 2024)
Analytical mind-set
Great communication skills
Flexible and a team-player
High levels of energy, dynamism and commitment
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively

Responsibilities

Gaining an understanding of the various Distribution client bases
Learning about our sales strategies and product offerings
Experiencing how we build and manage client/stakeholder relationships
Assisting in query management and the preparation of presentation/pitch material
Collaborating with other internal departments / teams
Have guidance from your team and manager who will support you and teach you the day-to-day role
Be part of a big team and develop your collaboration skills
Have the opportunity to meet and network with new colleagues within your team, but also across the wider organisation
