Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
Junior or Senior standing
Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

Responsibilities

Assisting booking department with administrative duties
Support the booking team in all aspects of buying responsibilities including preparation and distribution of offer sheets, administrative support, talent research and prospecting
Research new, up and coming artists, and distribute info to booking team
Complete expense reports and book travel as needed
Final internship project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship program to be presented at the end
Learning Objectives:
Learn the process of booking concerts
Learning how to prospect talent
Learn how to build and maintain relationships with outside organizations
