Requirements

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in engineering, project management or business administration
  • Fluency (oral and written) in French and English
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, enabling you to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
  • Eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Support the NPI project management team in coordinating project deliverables
  • Implement a sustainable dashboard for the Canadian business unit, integrating relevant performance indicators into the project management tool used
  • Assess project performance in the table by obtaining accurate information, verifying its accuracy and ensuring communication between the appropriate stakeholders
  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to capture operational nuances and document procedures in a comprehensive manner
  • Recommend and implement improvement actions by identifying optimization opportunities and enhancing the efficiency of existing processes
