Off-cycle Internship



  • The role holder will contribute to the effective good governance of the UK Compliance Function supporting the Chief of Staff and Governance Office to ensure the effective coordination and administration of a number of tasks, including but not limited to; Policy & Procedure Management, Management Information and Reporting, Committee Management and projects.
  • The role will provide broad exposure to the full UK Compliance Function providing the role holder with a good understanding of all Compliance risks and areas of expertise.

Area of Responsibilities



  • Policy & Procedure Management:
  • Support the timely cascading of Procedures in the CMRS tool
  • Provide reporting and tracking on UK Compliance owned Policies and Procedures
  • Support the effective administration of the “MyProcedures” tool
  • Support the required implementation within UK Compliance of the UK London Branch Procedure management enhancements.
  • Management Information and Reporting,
  • Support the production of regular and ad-hoc reporting and Management Information packs
  • Support the production of regular and ad-hoc Compliance Key Risk Indicators (KRI’s) and Management Information across the Function (including Financial Security)
  • Committee Management:
  • Support the effective management and oversight of the UK Compliance Forum and UK Financial Security Oversight Committee including support with preparing packs and following up with Actions.
  • Risk, Issue and Recommendation tracking:
  • Support the effective identification, logging, tracking and reporting of Risks, Issues and Recommendations including following up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
  • Support the documentation, status tracking and coordination of Projects and initiatives.
  • SharePoint Support:
  • Following relevant training, deliver updates to various Compliance SharePoint sites including enhancing the central all-staff facing UK Compliance site on Echo’Net. Support the maintenance and user access of all relevant Compliance SharePoint Sites.
