What is the duration of the Legal Apprenticeship in Aviation?
The Legal Apprenticeship in Aviation is a two-year paralegal apprenticeship program.
When does the apprenticeship program start?
The apprenticeship program starts in September 2025.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this apprenticeship?
You need to have completed A Levels or equivalent studies and achieved at least 120 UCAS points.
Will I receive a qualification during the apprenticeship?
Yes, you will be able to study toward a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Services, which is equivalent to the first year of a law undergraduate degree.
What kind of support will I receive during the apprenticeship?
You will have a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, as well as a personal tutor and student manager at BPP to support you with your work and studies.
Who are the clients of Kennedys' Aviation team?
The clients include insurers, airlines and air operators, high net worth individuals, aerospace and defense companies, and airports and aerodromes.
What is the closing date for applications?
The closing date for applications is 28 February 2025.

What role will I be working towards during the apprenticeship?
