Requirements

  • You'll be successful if you have:
  • A blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking.
  • Basic understanding of diverse marketing concepts and practices.
  • Any previous experience in marketing/loyalty although not essential, will be highly valued.
  • Awareness of key financial metrics related to brand health and market performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Required Qualifications/Experience:
  • Relevant major or interest in hospitality.
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program.
  • Be a rising undergraduate senior or pursuing a graduate degree.

Responsibilities

  • Competitive assessment of the loyalty landscape.
  • Feedback on member insight on chrun rates.
  • Assess opportunity for a paid loyalty program - benefits and risks.
