Requirements

  • To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior, senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
  • Preferred concentration of study: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in machine learning model development, with a focus on model deployment and serving in real-world applications.
  • Experience in containerization technologies like Docker and deployment to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong coding skills in Python and the ability to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Understanding of monitoring and maintaining deployed models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystem (Azure Cloud, Hive, Spark, Kafka)
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices (Git, JIRA, CI/CD methods, MLOps)
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop the CDP strategic milestones & manage the team responsible in successfully delivering to the operational targets defined.
  • Deliver dealer data driven business models to integrate the CDP use cases
  • Enlist and foster a comprehensive and a highly collaborative working relationship between IT teams and the business partners to understand project dependencies and the bigger picture.
  • Engage with cross-functional support teams (Legal, Marketing, Digital House…) to ensure alignment of activities.
  • Facilitate the support of the internal & external stakeholders that require data integration through a consolidated MBUSA dealer data governance strategy.
  • Support the project/use cases planning, allocation to meet financial needs for the CDP Products and evaluate future CDP personalization opportunities.
