Responsibilities

  • Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing interoffice mail, courier packages, faxes, and USPS mail.
  • Sorts, logs, distributes and tracks courier packages.
  • Handles all outgoing packages with shipping vendor.
  • Schedules and tracks hot shot deliveries.
  • Receives, stocks and allocates mail center supplies.
  • Assists with Mail Runs as scheduled.
  • Works with Office Services on interdepartmental projects and assignments cross training in other OS groups to back up as needed (Reception, Help Desk, Records).
  • Operates all mail center equipment.
  • Assists in the coordination of interoffice relocations.
  • Cross train on all Mail Center duties in order to handle range of expected services as well as other Office Services functions.
  • Understand invoices pertaining to shipping and mail.
  • Submit invoices to Office Services Admin for entry into Nabors system when needed.
  • Work with outside vendors handling issues regarding deliveries.
  • Assist department when needed for various tasks.
  • May be responsible for lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Other duties as assigned.
