Requirements

  • Education – Pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree
  • Coursework related to Construction Management are beneficial. Any other coursework in Business Administration, Information Science, Analytics, or Human Resources would be advantageous.
  • Professional Experience – While no prior professional experience is required, any exposure to the construction industry or relevant internships would be a plus.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • Military service a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to climb ladders to access attics and rooftops under the guidance of a supervisor for shadowing and ride along opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You will participate in a fun and rewarding 10 to 12 week summer internship, providing exposure to impactful projects in various departments that will influence the business. In doing so, you develop business skills, interpersonal skills and career development. There are many facets of business in construction, you will get the opportunity to work with managers in a variety of departments to get hands on skills in the construction industry
