Requirements

  • Recent Graduate (post 2023) with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or Science, interested in Medical Technology.
  • Experience in marketing, product management or event coordination from a placement would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Strong presentation, writing and organisational skills.
  • Effective communicator who takes ownership of their own tasks and proactively asks for help when needed.
  • Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to.
  • Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges.
  • Will ideally live within a commutable distance from Hemel Hempstead.
  • This position is remote based but will have a 20% travel requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Customer Education and Marketing Team, and Business Support to help manage events such as: educational training programs, webcasts, congresses, etc.
  • Occasionally supports trainings and events on site with Customer Education Specialist and Marketing Team to assists with HCP trainings, congresses and other events.
  • Manages courses/events registration: creating event brochures, coordinates invites and pre-learning assignments.
  • Supports events’ logistic: room booking, catering, shipping equipment, coordination with local vendors.
  • Monitors inventory management of supplies and products, orders supplies when needed.
  • Assist the team in analysing customer behaviours and trends to identify key drivers of engagement, and to monitor impact of events and trainings.
  • Support on Product Management activities across Endoscopy’s existing portfolio.
