What is the duration of the Marketing & Events Internship?
The internship will start in June of 2025 and span until Spring of 2026.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
What kind of events will I be assisting with during the internship?
Interns will assist with NFL tentpole events, VIP events, Training Camp, Fan Rallies, corporate partner events, and more.
What qualifications are needed to apply for this internship?
Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or event operations/planning and a degree in business, marketing, sports management, facility management, or a related field.

Yes, a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or event operations/planning is required.

Is there a salary for this internship?
Yes, the salary for the internship is $15.00 per hour.
Will the intern be required to work on weekends?
Yes, the intern must be available to work on weekends and during Commanders gamedays.
What software skills are required for this position?
Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with design platforms such as Adobe suite products and Canva is also desirable.
Will the intern be expected to interact with fans?
Yes, the intern will serve as a fan-facing representative of the team on gamedays and other event days.
What types of events are expected during the internship?
Expected events include OTAs and Mini Camp, Commanders Training Camp, Northwest Stadium Concerts, contractual partner events, the full 2025 NFL season, Alumni Homecoming Weekend, and Super Bowl 2026.
