Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, maintain and update databases to guarantee BI tools are properly updated on time, ensuring data accuracy. Communicate data changes both internally and externally.
  • Maintenance of BI tools (PowerBI) and improvement of existing dashboards; deep understanding of data models and tool functionalities; create new dashboards for identified business needs to provide the best source for reporting.
  • Conduct BI tool trainings for business stakeholders on how to effectively use the tool and interpret data. In depth knowledge of available data sources, leveraging them internally when appropriate.
  • Monitor brand performance monthly to provide strategic insights for marketing and sales teams and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Update of business reports on a regular basis; creation of new reports for internal customer needs and improvement of existing ones.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for specific business needs or business departments (finance, supply, regulatory, portfolio development, etc.).
  • Assist on market research projects with external partners: vendor selection, materials and questionnaires design and results analysis to deliver relevant insights for the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products research and development related to relevant markets to provide internal customers with useful insights.
