  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior internship experience in marketing or related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Leading pre-qualification.
  • CRM database entry and cleaning
  • Creation or modification of documents such as correspondence, drafts, memos, emails, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, success stories, etc.
  • Graphic adaptation of marketing assets (brochures, banners, presentations, videos, etc.,) utilizing Adobe and Microsoft software
  • Involvement in the implementation of a digital marketing strategy
  • Assisting in recruitment of success story candidates.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Assisting with the creation of samples cards
  • Transcribing minutes from meetings
  • Conducting market research as needed
