Responsibilities

  • Monitor and engage with potential and existing customers through e-mail, blog forums, social media, and other mediums to increase user awareness, engagement and respond to inquiries
  • Identify and cultivate new content and outreach partnerships with brand ambassadors and influencers through a metric-based approach
  • Keep excellent written records of all correspondence in line with policies and procedures while maintaining marketing databases and tracking documents
  • Manage the execution of the content development plan, liaising with creative agencies and working closely with in-house designers to meet campaign objectives and deadlines
  • Typical of any start-up, the ability to navigate ambiguity and mitigate it with creativity is crucial. With ambiguity comes the opportunity to develop new process and establish strong infrastructure
  • Ensure management is informed and up-to-date on the status/progress of projects, and all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities
  • Provide administrative support to management team
