Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Communications) and are a rising Junior or Senior in college
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite + Google Applications
  • General interest in marketing events and activations
  • Must be resourceful and self-motivated with an interest in working cross-functionally
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently within deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to rely on instructions to perform the functions of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with advertising needs from mall marketing partners (sourcing images for lookbooks etc)
  • Facilitating the Workfront requests for OP, FP and Wholesale complimentary OOH placements such as (but not limited to) directory banners, social media posts and new store opening announcements.
  • Assisting with the placement opportunities within mall activations such as holiday/special occasion videos and photoshoots
  • Assisting with organization and execution of in-store events and gifting such as new store opening and PR/Influencer/concierge events
  • Conducting research on marketing initiatives of brand competitors
  • Performing reporting and administrative duties
  • Managing the global marketing and events calender
