Responsibilities

  • Schedule social media posts
  • Assist with content creation and review, including static and video content (FAQs, research)
  • Provide light assistance with writing social media content
  • Make minor updates to website pages (images, text, links, blog, resources, PDFs)
  • Post and add blogs and videos
  • Post new gated collateral, including product sheets spec sheets to the website
  • Assist with Google Business Profile verification
  • Assist with Data Center site photography project to catalogue and store images
  • Curate and clean up the image database
  • Develop a new catalogue system for the 2024-2025 image database
  • Source new site images and build a library of potential imagery from Shutterstock and iStock
  • Work with Marketing Operations coordinator to archive aged assets
