Responsibilities

Press:
Receive press shipping requests by email, managing the requests and logging of the sample tracker
Ensure samples in studio and warehouse are kept organized and properly labeled
Create packing lists for shipping, logging onto drive
Assisting with organization of Press related events, researching and material sourcing
Working various Press or Sales events as needed
Marketing:
Work with team to assist with all photography for website and social content
Set up / take down of photoshoot set
Managing the organization and maintenance of photography materials and equipment
Ensuring Imagery archive is properly organised and updated on the hard drive and google doc
Assisting with shoot production as needed for E-commerce and Lookbooks
Image research as needed
