Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong skills/qualification in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised, numerical, and analytical.
  • Artwork and creative direction/ideas.
  • Excellent proofing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally in retail/fashion marketing

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Working across UK and Ireland.
  • Coordination of multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Support the marketing team to deliver to campaign timelines.
  • Ensure all relevant JoJo departments are briefed on time.
  • Work with graphics to brief and create on brand assets and POS.
  • Ensure all collateral is proofed and accurate.
  • Coordinate post campaign analysis on all campaigns, looking at store and customer feedback, sales, and ROI.
  • Marketing Events:
  • Assist with implantation of marketing events.
  • Prepare detailed briefs so that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Manage the timeline.
  • Source goody bag items.
  • Work with graphics to create on brand assets and POS.
  • Ensure all collateral is accurate.
  • Develop and deliver a communications plan, optimising customer touchpoints – POS, email, PPC, Social, Web, etc.
  • Coordinate post campaign analysis.
  • Support with growth of customer acquisition and email sign ups in Stores liaising with email team at Next and JoJo retail team to achieve targets for growth.
  • Bra fitting services:
  • Assist with in-store collateral to support bra fitting services.
  • Create in-store guidelines / how to’s to engage customers around the service.
  • Develop and deliver a monthly communications plan working closely with the email, PPC, Social and E-comm teams.
  • Ensure all collateral is accurate.
  • Monitor and report results to the business.
  • Gift Cards:
  • Assist with setting up promotional messages to support the growth of gift cards and e-gift cards across multiple touchpoints.
  • Facilitate all local community gift card requests throughout the year to support localised fundraising events such as school / nursery fairs, raffles Ensuring balance regionally and seasonally
  • Charity:
  • Supporting new implementation of our yearly recycling initiative Re-loved to with Action for Children
  • from briefing all store POS through to campaign execution.
  • Adhoc marketing activity:
  • Coordinate ad hoc marketing campaigns.
  • Support on the delivery of store retail campaigns
  • Support on the delivery of license partnerships with marketing executive.
  • Support on retail delivery of social media to support coverage of retail stores driving footfall, coverage and awareness of our full portfolio of stores.
  • Manage store opening hours and changes on Google business pages.
  • Brief in any changes to store hub content on JoJo website
  • Report results back to the business.
  • Research competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Research opportunities for new marketing events and activities.
