Responsibilities

  • Creative Operations
  • Partner with multiple cross functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Public Relations to help manage the timing of projects with extra attention to conflicting and overlapping timelines to manage expectations of deliverables.
  • Facilitate clear communication on the end-to-end process, from product intake to final asset delivery, for all photoshoot and PR needs. Including inventory tracking and management and communication on priorities.
  • Create production calendar and partner cross-functionally to ensure proper resource planning and allocation for successful project workflow.
  • Successful oversight of time sensitive and often competing timelines ensuring close attention to nuances of each project.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned
