Requirements

  • Ability to interact effectively with different team members, and external client at all levels
  • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A high level of accountability and ownership of work
  • Ability to work on time-sensitive deadlines
  • Resourcefulness and ability to consult others to get a job done
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
  • A team-oriented, friendly collaborative attitude
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to input creativity and original ideas into projects
  • Knowledge in coding languages is a plus
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus
  • Education/Experience:
  • A current or rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate Master’s student
  • A degree focus in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Data Analytics a plus.
  • Must be a “currently enrolled” college student able to work part-time through the end of the year.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing team on creating, editing and reviewing presentations and materials for sales meetings (such as PowerPoint sales presentations).
  • Assist the Marketing team on creating, editing and reviewing client communications (such as Word documents, websites, and presentations).
  • Organizing and maintaining the Marketing team’s resources and materials.
