Requirements

  • Must be minimum of junior or senior year in undergraduate college or university
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken language)
  • Expressed interest in career in marketing or other commercial function
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and/or successful experience operating in a team environment
  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of the brand story in alignment with cross-functional enterprise-wide partners, including medical, regulatory, and legal
  • Partner in the development of innovative strategic initiatives for disease education and awareness
  • Help to develop and roll-out promotional materials to support execution of brand and disease messages to HCP audiences
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators for marketing tactics
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross functional teams, including PRC (promotional review committee), market access, and the field sales organizations to develop market insights
  • Collaborate with field sales team to identify best practices and uncover needs/ trends and build relationships to improve consistency of brand strategy execution
  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of all initiatives
