  • Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
  • Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
  • In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 30th June 2025 – Friday 17th July 2026
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, and learn quickly
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work hard
  • A love for new and evolving social media platforms such as Tik Tok
  • An interest in entertainment media and broad awareness of the UK media landscape
  • A real love for film and keen interest in the film industry

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team with all Marketing, Publicity and Trade Marketing elements of a film release
  • Team coordination and administration support
  • Cross-team, media and publicity agency liaison
  • Participating and helping facilitate brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas
  • Helping with adhoc projects such as research, creating presentations, collecting industry news and digital innovations within the entertainment & adjacent industries
  • Supporting the team in managing budgets by raising purchase orders, recording costs and dealing with billing queries
  • Assisting with the planning and logistics of talent tours, events and screenings
  • Compiling post-campaign coverage reports
