Requirements

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche (biologia, farmacia, CTF, ecc.); sarà considerato requisito preferenziale il conseguimento di un Master in Marketing e/o Management in ambito Sanitario
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese e dei più comuni tool informatici;
  • Proattività, time management e capacità analitiche;
  • Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali ed apertura alla relazione/comunicazione;
  • Capacità di lavorare in Team.

Responsibilities

  • Supportare i Product Manager nello sviluppo e realizzazione di campagne e materiale scientifico promozionale (cartaceo o digitale, training di prodotto, presentazioni, …), oltre alla partecipazione ad eventi scientifici, in linea con la strategia definita nel Marketing Plan annuale, anche in collaborazione con agenzia esterne di comunicazione;
  • Supportare l’analisi del mercato e della concorrenza e la preparazione di materiale di training dedicato alle funzioni di business, fornendo argomentazioni di vendita ed identificando i vantaggi competitivi utili alla proposizione delle Soluzioni Roche;
  • Partecipare proattivamente al monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento dei progetti assegnati, risolvendo le criticità e definendo le tempistiche di completamento;
  • Collaborare con le funzioni aziendali rilevanti sia a livello di affiliata (Commercial, Medical, Service, Finance, Logistics…) che a livello Roche Global o di stakeholders di terze parti, al fine di massimizzare l’efficacia operativa del team di appartenenza.
