Requirements

Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Mechanical Engineering program or other related field of study
Demonstrated interest in Mechanical Engineering, or related field and have a strong desire to advance skills related to GHD’s work and projects
Understanding of Engineering fundamentals
Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools

Responsibilities

Collaborating with multi-discipline project teams to develop drawing and specification documents
Evaluating energy efficient heating and cooling systems
Selecting and scheduling major equipment based on load calculations
Performing construction administration tasks with oversight from team members
Surveying and evaluating existing conditions with oversight from team member
