Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
  • Available to begin work in January 2025

  • Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
  • New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and modifying operation documents such as Management of Change procedure, Flow Systems Application, Document Control procedures, etc
  • Assist in tracking operational readiness activities through to closure
  • Assist in developing the SAP equipment structure, BOM connections, etc
  • Assist in developing the Master Tag Register
  • Support continuous improvement of the Integrity Management Program
  • Assist with receiving project engineering deliverables including vendor documents and engineering registers
  • Assist with scoping and soliciting proposals for brown field modification investigations
  • Assist with completing interface coordination actions assist with completing risk identification actions
