No, you can join us with or without an idea. This opportunity allows you to develop the concept for your future start-up if you do not already have a clear idea.
How long does the program last?
The program lasts for 6 months, during which participants will engage in various courses and personal development activities.
What kind of support will I receive during the program?
You will receive a range of support, including access to over 20 unicorn founders, high-quality entrepreneurship education, and personal development crafted by experienced entrepreneurs.
What are the key tasks I will need to perform in this role?
You will build and run your own start-up in fields such as MedTech, complete 20 courses related to team building and venture capital preparation, and embark on a personal development journey.
Is there a formal agreement required to participate in this program?
Yes, you will need to enter into a formal agreement with EWOR outlining mutual commitments, expectations, and terms such as time commitment and payment.
What if I prefer a traditional employment structure?
If you prefer a more traditional employment structure, we are open to directly employing you via a wage instead of the start-up founder route.
