Requirements

  • Experience with writing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing demands
  • Attention to detail and good organizational & planning skills
  • Must be proficient in computer skills including Office 365
  • Available to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Intern applicants must be currently enrolled in a college (preferably entering senior year after summer 2024) or graduate school program.

Responsibilities

  • Developing member e-newsletters
  • Renewal language
  • Engagement opportunities
  • Monitoring the membership email inbox
  • Helping field membership calls
  • Work promo table during community programs, concerts, and events
  • Attend meetings and collaboration discussions
  • Possible Projects:
  • Crafting new member engagement opportunities
  • Segmenting members and creating profiles on them to better serve
  • Summer member promotion to gain new members/assist in development of a members’ event
