Requirements

  • Currently enrolled college students and/or recent graduates
  • Must be available to work full time schedule
  • Passion for fashion, retail experience, and process improvement
  • Eager to learn about buying and soak in and apply a lot of information
  • Knowledge of current men’s trends
  • Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Ability to think outside the box, problem solver
  • Computer skills: Need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Quickly able to learn new business system practices
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Learn the merchandising/buying process from beginning to end
  • Enter PO’s and assist with other projects related to buying
  • Attend Meetings with Product Development, Design or Branded Partners
  • Sample management
  • Own trend and competitive marketplace analysis
