Responsibilities

  • Ensure Mobilization and Faith Relations' data is up to date in Salesforce, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Global Refuge uses.
  • Update clergy and faith community records.
  • Affiliate faith leaders with the faith communities where they serve.
  • Merge duplicate church and clergy records.
  • Record recent visits and call notes and flag any follow-up tasks.
  • Work with the Congregational Engagement Specialist in researching faith community foundations and endowments providing recommendations for opportunities to pursue.
  • Support proposal development for funding opportunities in partnership with Congregational Engagement Specialist.
  • Assist with Faith Relations public events such as conferences, synod assemblies, webinars, and church visits.
  • Provide administrative support for digital and printed communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
