Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical area such as engineering (Mechanical, chemical or process) or pursuing a Master of Business Administration (completed or in progress).
  • Solutions oriented, with superior problem-solving skills and ability to make logical, complex decisions in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills, including both verbal and written communications.
  • Collaborates and leads large cross-departmental projects/initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting to senior leadership teams.
  • Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly if you don't know it already (e.g., social media, recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • Able to perform all essential Entry Level/Intern Project Engineer responsibilities.
  • Coordinate activities of multiple disciplines (Quality, engineering, procurement, logistics, project management, PSL & Business development), and ensure efficient project execution with accountability for assigned Modular proposals
  • Attend and document project meetings (write minutes)
  • Set up technology specific modularization presentation.
  • Perform expediting functions.
  • Support in production of modular / TIC estimates (including trending), engineering deliverables, procurement of engineered equipment and bulk materials, supporting subcontracts, and the overall safety, cost, schedule, & quality of assigned projects.
  • Support & lead the organizational improvement initiatives as necessary
  • Support forecasting activities, and tracking project information for all modular proposals & ongoing projects.
