Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical area such as engineering (Mechanical, chemical or process) or pursuing a Master of Business Administration (completed or in progress).
Solutions oriented, with superior problem-solving skills and ability to make logical, complex decisions in a matrixed environment.
Excellent communications and presentation skills, including both verbal and written communications.
Collaborates and leads large cross-departmental projects/initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting to senior leadership teams.
Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly if you don't know it already (e.g., social media, recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems)
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities

Able to perform all essential Entry Level/Intern Project Engineer responsibilities.
Coordinate activities of multiple disciplines (Quality, engineering, procurement, logistics, project management, PSL & Business development), and ensure efficient project execution with accountability for assigned Modular proposals
Attend and document project meetings (write minutes)
Set up technology specific modularization presentation.
Perform expediting functions.
Support in production of modular / TIC estimates (including trending), engineering deliverables, procurement of engineered equipment and bulk materials, supporting subcontracts, and the overall safety, cost, schedule, & quality of assigned projects.
Support & lead the organizational improvement initiatives as necessary
Support forecasting activities, and tracking project information for all modular proposals & ongoing projects.
