Yes, a mentor will be allocated to oversee your work-based learning programme, and a BMW representative will visit every 12 weeks to set performance targets and support your development.
What training will I receive during the apprenticeship?
The training will include a special emphasis on electronics and cutting-edge technology, with opportunities to work on the latest cars, engines, and BMW diagnostic equipment.
Are there costs associated with the training?
No, all training costs, including travel, accommodation, and food, are covered by the BMW Retailer.
How often will I need to travel for training?
Training is completed in one-week blocks approximately once every two to three months.
