What is the duration of the apprenticeship program?
The apprenticeship program lasts for a period of 3 years.
Where will the off-the-job training take place?

Apprentices will receive a combination of classroom and workshop sessions with a special emphasis on electronics and cutting-edge technology.
Will apprentices be supervised during their training?
Yes, a mentor will be allocated to oversee the work-based learning program, and a BMW representative will visit every 12 weeks to set performance targets.
What qualifications are required to apply for this apprenticeship?
Applicants need to have, or be predicted to obtain, GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and one other subject.
Are the costs for training covered?
Yes, all training costs are covered by the BMW Retailer, including travel, accommodation, and food.
What kind of role will apprentices be performing during their training?
Apprentices will be responsible for maintaining and repairing motor vehicles to the high standards of the BMW/MINI brand.
What personal qualities are desired in applicants?
Desired personal qualities include a keen interest in automotive vehicles, honesty, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
What are the future prospects upon completing the apprenticeship?
