Responsibilities

  • Get to know the world of motorsports marketing within a Red Bull country organization.
  • Generate insights and new/unexpected ideas by thinking creatively and out-of-the-box to support cross-departmental motorsports marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Define and develop an overarching project to be presented to the respective department heads at the end of the program.
  • Develop a deep understanding in designing, nurture & establishing a targeted, credible, and efficient motorsports athletes’ program by supporting our Motorsports Team in managing the motorsports athletes and executing motorsports athletes’ projects, initiatives & activations. Drive innovation and support to set up a strong and efficient network in the national motorsports’ athletes’ scene.
  • Deep dive into the world of Red Bull’s Motorsports race series cooperations by supporting the National Motorsports Manager. Assist in organizing motorsports marketing activations by taking over defined parts of major motorsports third party cooperations and realize smaller initiatives and projects at the German key race series on your own.
  • Get to know the motorsports event business by supporting the team in executing Red Bull owned motorsports events. Learn to organize and execute an efficient event planning on a professional level and work closely with the internal project team, external agencies, motorsports athletes, and participants. Develop an understanding of the day-to-day event business that includes for example production, activation, participant services and budget controlling.
