Responsibilities

  • Gather and review end-user feedback, industry trends and consumption data to optimize how new content development is prioritized to meet our program's overarching goals
  • Review existing team processes to identify opportunities to best utilize resources, and manage outcomes and timelines effectively
  • Support with screening and onboarding new guest speakers to join our live events
  • Provide recommendations on how to increase our rate of engagement with priority client segments
  • Work with business partners such as marketing, corporate affairs, and communications team to develop news tactics to raise awareness and engagement with our content
  • Provide guidance on our digital roadmap to attract and engage Gen-Z and millennials, while helping existing client segments to progressively graduate into more entrenched utilization of our offerings
  • There may also be stretch opportunities to support on the execution and development of creative content. These tasks could include video scripting, editorial reviews, video capture, graphic design, user design, video editing, and data analytics. These tasks will only be offered if the successful candidate expresses a desire to develop these unique skills.
