Responsibilities

  • The intern role is designed for gaining a broad understanding of an American tv newsroom.
  • You will work with newsgathering and production teams within the NBC News bureau in London.
  • Your development and the training you will receive will focus on all aspects of the newsroom operation: from the assignment desk to the edit room.
  • Experience what it’s like to work on live shots and the in edit suite.
  • Supporting the international assignment desk in logistics & coordinating feeds.
  • Assist with travel & scheduling.
  • Supporting the producers & librarians with picture research, logging & editorial information gathering.
